Terraforming is the name given to the process, until now hypothetical, of modifying the atmosphere, temperature, topography and ecology of a solid celestial body (such as a planet or a natural satellite) until leaving it in suitable conditions to support an ecosystem with beings alive like in Earth.

In 2023, Marte decided to create a tool that could condense the knowledge we accumulate as a team and after numerous digital projects. We named this UI Kit with the same atmosphere of space that always inspired us.

Terraform is a living tool, and its evolution is based on Estúdio Marte’s project experiences. It is based on these experiences that we identify new needs and incorporate them in a clear, scalable and consistent way.

We made it available for free on Figma community, to increase the speed of other designers around the world.
